Hello Teammate!
Playing football with Franklin County Youth Football is super fun, and being a great teammate is super important. Here are some simple promises we're all making to make sure we have the best time playing together:
1. Be a Good Teammate:
I promise to be a good teammate. That means I'll always help and support my friends on the team. No putting anyone down – only lifting each other up!
2. Respect Our Coaches:
Our coaches are awesome! I promise to listen to them and show them respect. They're here to help us get better, so let's be thankful for them.
3. Ask Questions:
If I have a question, I promise to ask my coaches. They know a lot, and it's okay to ask when we're not sure about something. It helps the whole team!
4. Remember EATER:
We have this cool word, EATER, that helps us be the best players and teammates we can be:
- Effort: Always try my best in practice and games.
- Attitude: Keep a positive attitude – it makes everything more fun!
- Toughness: Be strong, inside and out. Face challenges like a superhero!
- Empathy: Care about my teammates and understand how they feel.
- Respect: Treat everyone on and off the field with kindness and respect.
What Happens if I Forget?
If we don't follow these promises, there might be some consequences, like sitting out for a bit or not playing in a game. Let's all do our best so we can have a blast playing football together!
I Promise:
I promise to be a great teammate and follow the Franklin County Youth Football rules. I'm excited to be part of this awesome team!
